If you continue to read and use this website, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions as below. The term "us", "we", "seller" or "bridal-bargains.co.uk" refer to the owners of this website whose registered office is The Gown Gallery, Birmingham  Road, Mappleborough Green,  Studley, Warks B80 7DF. the term "you", "and "purchaser/buyer" refers to the viewer and the individual or organisation who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the seller. "Contract" means the contract between the seller and the buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these terms and conditions. "goods" means the the articles that the buyer agrees to buy from the seller. "terms and conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the seller.


Where goods can only be only be purchased by persons over the age of 18, the buyer will be asked to declare that they are the legal age to purchase the goods. If the seller discovers that the buyer is not legally entitled to order from this website, the seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice. The seller guarantees that the goods will at the time of dispatch match the description given by the seller.



Ordering

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase goods pursuant to these terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

Availability

The majority of our deliveries are made within 7 working days of payment authorisation by Recorded Royal Mail, Special delivery or International Signed for delivery.  Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc.  In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us. The exact delivery date and time cannot be specified. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding all bank holidays. All delivery dates are given in good faith but shall not be taken as a term of the contract nor constitute an obligation binding on bridal-bargains.co.uk

Some of the goods are for sale within our retail store as well as on this website, no contract of sale is made until an offer of acceptance is sent by email from us to you, the buyer. The seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website or for refusing to process an order.

Price and payment.

The price of the goods is stipulated on the sellers' website.  In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made. The price is inclusive of VAT. The prices exclude delivery charges and are subject to change at any time. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, will be displayed in the buyers shopping cart prior to confirming the order. Payment in full, including delivery and handling charges must be made in full before dispatch of the goods. A full refund will be made in the event that an item has been sold prior to it being ordered on the bridal-bargains.co.uk website. An email will be sent to the bridal-bargains.co.uk customer advising that this item is no longer available. We apologise if this happens, but as the items may be for sale within our retail shop this may happen.

Returns Procedure

Any products can be returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive and are entitled to a refund of the price of the product only. Please note Carriage charges are non-refundable. The procedure is as follows:-

  • You must email our Customer Service department within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a Returns Authorisation number. No returns number will be issued after this period and any goods returned without this authorised number will be subject to charges as specified below.

  • Once a returns number has been issued you then have 7 days to return the product at your own expense.

  • Failure to return the goods within this 7 day returns period after the authoriastion number has been issued, will result in no refund being issued. For overseas purchasers 14 days will be allowed for authorised returns.


    Goods can be returned subject to the relevent carriage charges being paid again. Failure to pay these additional carriage charges will result in the purchaser forfeiting the goods.


  • All refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of the goods being returned and accepted as being in the same condition as having been sent out. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for return.

  • All merchandise returned by the recipient without a returns authorisation number, will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the total cost of your order. The refund will only be made when the returned goods have been examined and have been confirmed as being returned unopened, unused and undamaged. All non authorised refunds - less the 50% administration charge - will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of the goods being returned and accepted as being in the same condition as having been sent out.

  • If authorised to return any merchandise, please ensure you wrap the package securely and send it back to us by some sort of recorded delivery. Please make sure your parcel has sufficient insurance cover as loss or damage during return transit will mean we are unable to offer a refund. No refunds will be issued against lost or damaged parcels.

Damaged Goods



All goods should arrive as per described in the advert, all of the dresses are new shop samples. They have only been worn as try ons in the shop. Whilst the majority of the dresses are pristine, some may need either a clean, loose threads cut off or need some beads replacing. However, any major faults will be included within the item description.  However, if you do receive goods that appear to be faulty or damaged other than as described, please advise us within 72 hours of receipt. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that the goods have been received in described condition. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact. We will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries. You must email our Customer Service department within this timescale for a Returns Authorisation number. No refund will be made after this period.  You then have a further 7 days to return the product at your own expense. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation. Carriage charges are non-refundable. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and be in the same condition and same packaging as sent.  Full documentation must be  enclosed including the reason for return. All goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Any merchandise returned by the recipient without a returns authorisation number, will be subject to an administration charge of 20% of the total cost of your order.

If any items received appear to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton and email our Customers Service Department. we will contact the delivery company for a damage inspection report. under these circumstances do not return the merchandise yourself, unless otherwise instructed. a refund will be issued once we have received the report from the courier. If authorised to return any merchandise, please ensure you wrap the package securely and send it back to us by some sort of recorded delivery. Please make sure your parcel has sufficient insurance cover as loss or damage during return transit will mean we are unable to offer a refund.

Specification

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on this Website are correct at the time of going to print however technical data, sizes, colour and detail serve only as a guide. All our sizes and measurements are within the manufacturers size chart tolerance. Each manufacturers size charts are different to each other. The utmost care is taken to ensure the accuracy of these dimensions. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will conform in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
